We provide a life time warranty on the main scooter frame and 6 months on other major components like Motor, Display, Controller, Lighting System. Battery come with a 3-month warranty. We also provide you with a 1-day return and refund policy that allows you to trust our brand and helps you decide if you find the product useful.
Kindly note that the warranty covers you primarily against manufacturing faults. The warranty period starts from the receipt of the product by the customer. The warranty applies only to products purchased from the original owner of the online shop. Please note that it is important that you retain your original invoice for warranty purposes.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover:
- 1. Any damage caused by something other than a material or workmanship defect
- 2. Any damage caused by accident or deliberate damage
- 3. Any covered part or consumable parts that is subject to normal wear and tears, such as but not limited to the tires, kickstands, saddles, handlebars, brake pads, cable harnesses, housing, brake levers, chains, and mudguards. The Warranty only covers manufacturing defects;
- 4. Shipment-related scratches on the product;
- 5. Maintenance or service not performed at the appropriate time;
- 6. Accessories sent for free repair, replacement, or other customer service purposes;
- 7. Material failures due to wear and tear, unless the failure was caused by a material defect or;
- 8. Typical damage on used products includes scratches, dents, broken plastic on ports, and tire deformation caused by temperature changes;
- 9. Any damage or defect caused in an accident or by the usage of a third-party component or product that does not meet our product specifications;
- 10. Any harm or fault caused by, but not restricted to, the user's carelessness, alteration, poor assembly, or harm to the product as a consequence of failing to accurately implement customer manual guidelines;
- 11. A battery that is damaged by a power surge or the use of an improper charger or improper maintenance, or other misuses, is not covered by a warranty. The natural battery deterioration with time including the gradual decrease in capacity over the warranty period is not covered in the warranty.

Generally, E-scooters do not have defective batteries, but the warranty covers your purchase and provides assistance of any kind if necessary.
Furthermore, it is to be noted that as batteries are consumables, their capacity naturally decreases with time. Please contact our customer support if you are experiencing problems charging or operating your E-scooter.
In case you reach the end of your warranty period, we will be pleased to assist you with any kind of assistance for a small fee.
This warranty is valid only within India.
Warranty doesn’t consider under the following conditions:
- This warranty policy is provided with the best intentions of our customers in mind.
- The serial number /identification code is deleted, altered, or removed
- Used more than the allowable load of 100 kg.
- Any changes and modifications of frame or electric components will not accept for warranty.
- Used for stunts or mud rides will be void for warranty.
- Tampering or changing of parts will not accept.
